Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in The Urban Magnolia Studio's crowdfunding campaign, which includes entries into a "Tattoo Giveaway" and a "$500 Gift Card Giveaway." By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of Tennessee, 18 years of age or older.

• Employees of The Urban Magnolia Studio and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Campaign Tiers and Entries
The crowdfunding campaign consists of five tiers. Participants receive entries into the giveaways based on their tier level:

• Tier 1: One entry into the Tattoo Giveaway.

• Tier 2: Two entries into the Tattoo Giveaway.

• Tier 3: Two entries into the Tattoo Giveaway.

• Tier 4: Two entries into the Tattoo Giveaway and one entry into the $500 Gift Card Giveaway.

• Tier 5: Two entries into the Tattoo Giveaway and one entry into the $500 Gift Card Giveaway.

No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter either the Tattoo Giveaway or the $500 Gift Card Giveaway. To enter without making a purchase, email your full name, address, and contact information to info@theurbanmagnoliastudio.com with the subject line "Tattoo Giveaway Entry" or "$500 Gift Card Giveaway Entry" as applicable.

Entry Period

• The campaign and entry period begins on August 9th, 2024, at 12:00 PM (noon) EST and ends on October 3rd, 2024.

• All entries must be received by October 3rd, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST.

Selection and Notification of Winners

• Winners for both the Tattoo Giveaway and the $500 Gift Card Giveaway will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

• The drawing for both the Tattoo Giveaway and the $500 Gift Card Giveaway will take place on October 4th, 2024.

• Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the drawing date.

• If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 7 days, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize.

Prizes

• Tattoo Giveaway: One tattoo session valued at $350, redeemable only with artist Robert Barker at "Robert Barker Art."

• $500 Gift Card Giveaway: A $500 gift card to The Urban Magnolia Studio, which can be used with any artist at the studio.

General Conditions

• All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

• The Urban Magnolia Studio reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.

• By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless The Urban Magnolia Studio from any and all liability arising from your participation in the campaign and the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Privacy

• Information collected from participants is subject to The Urban Magnolia Studio's privacy policy.

• By entering the giveaways, you consent to The Urban Magnolia Studio's use of your personal information for the purposes of administering the giveaways and for promotional purposes.

Modifications and Termination

• The Urban Magnolia Studio reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the campaign if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond The Urban Magnolia Studio's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the campaign.
